Portage employee, Dee Radford, recently earned his Certified Estimating Professional credential through the Association for the Advancement of Cost Engineering International. This certification recognizes his proficiency in the principles and practices of total cost management. Dee is Portage’s Project Controls Manager and is based in Idaho Falls.
