Portage provides compliance expertise for a full spectrum of environmental regulations, including the National Environmental Policy Act (analysis and process administration); Clean Water Act; Clean Air Act; Comprehensive Environmental Response, Compensation, and Liability Act (evaluations, treatment design, removal, and disposal); and Resource Conservation and Recovery Act (permitting, assessments, and closures).
